MITTWORKS
Mittworks is a safe, supportive space where women can learn real boxing on their own terms — no egos, no sparring, no bro-culture gym. Just a coach who takes and trains you seriously.
Start with our Fundamentals & Fitness program — one-to-one, with a partner or in a small group — to develop your skills, confidence and conditioning or with a short intro. Classes run in English at Brave Boxing Club Berlin, home to women's world featherweight champion Nina Meinke.
FUNDAMENTALS & FITNESS
Always wanted to start boxing …
… but don’t feel fit enough, feel nervous about stepping into a boxing gym or worry you won’t belong? Maybe you tried once but the class was more bootcamp than boxing — no technique, no progression.
You’re not alone. That’s why we created Fundamentals & Fitness — a six-week program for women that turns your curiosity into capability. We meet you where you are and build the skills and conditioning to make you look, feel and move like a boxer.
No sparring, no egos, just a clear path from curious to capable.
THE SIX-WEEK PROGRAM
A clear path from curious to capable
Over six weeks of twelve sessions, you’ll train like a real boxer. You’ll follow a structured program that teaches you real boxing techniques along with boxing-specific workouts that will get you lean, strong and fit.
WEEK ONE
Move like a boxer
WEEK TWO
Punch like a boxer
Punching is about body mechanics not strength. In week two, you'll learn how your feet, hips, core and shoulders work together to transfer power and build combinations that flow.
WEEK THREE
Protect yourself
Good defense builds confidence and composure. In week three, you’ll learn that defense is not just about not getting hit - it's about positioning, balance and being ready to respond.
WEEK FOUR
Manage distance
Boxing at different ranges requires different stances and punches. In week four, you'll learn how to control distance, when to step in, when to step out and how to generate power at close range.
WEEK FIVE
Respond, not react
Boxing trains your body and mind. Building on your defense, you’ll learn to spot openings and respond, not just throw punches for their own sake. Evasive moves like feints, level changes and head movement are introduced.
WEEK SIX
Putting it all together
In the final week, everything comes together - footwork, punches, defense and counters. You develop effective combinations that flow. Shadowboxing and visualisation are used to sharpen your skills and practice moving with intent.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This program is for women who:
-
Have little or no experience of boxing
Want to learn boxing properly, not to waste time fixing bad habits later
-
Prefer structured, progressive coaching to random workouts

Boxing changes more than how you look
It changes how you feel and move. With time, you’ll move with the ease of someone who knows what she’s capable of. In addition to confidence, you’ll build discipline, focus and resilience — qualities that extend well beyond the gym.
